Off Ice Conditioning


Thursday:  6:15-7:00 Interval Training/ Stretch

Our off-ice conditioning provides a range of exercises to improve and maintain skaters' strength, endurance, balance, and coordination.  Our goal is to prepare our skaters for optimum results when skills are transferred to the ice.

Our focus:

  • Strenghten all muscle groups

  •  Stretch for flexibility

  •  Fine tune quickness and agility

  • Endurance and stamina

Class fees:

$20/45 minute class
