Learn To Skate
Our Learn to Skate program follows the Learn To Skate USA Curriculum. Students progress through the Snowplow Sam, Basic Skills, and Freeskate badge levels. The 50-minute session provides a 25-minute group lesson and a 25-minute supervised free skate for students to practice their skills. No experience is required and all levels are welcome. Helmets and skates are required.

The Learn to Skate/Learn to Play program includes a 25-minute Learn to Skate group lesson and a 25-minute Hockey skills lesson with a focus on stick and puck handling.

Silver Stars Developmental Program
​
The Silver Stars Developmental Program is recommended for skaters in Basic 4 and above. Silver Stars offers skaters a comprehensive package program in a safe and supportive group training environment. Skaters will learn proper skill development and training techniques while sampling different skating opportunities and fine-tuning their fundamental skating skills during on ice and off ice training. The on-ice session focuses on jumps, spins, moves in the field, dance, and choreography. The off-ice session focuses on stretching, flexibility, strength and conditioning, and off-ice jumping.
